Coastal Championship Wrestling presented its year end signature show, Hardcore Holiday, on December 12th in Coral Springs. The fans were treated to a wild and crazy brawl in the main event Hardcore Christmas Tree Match where weapons were wrapped as presents under the tree (many were brought by the fans themselves) for Sally Boy, The Blackhart, and Kahagas to use as they saw fit. "The Tokyo Monster" Kahagas along with his International Manager Rico Casanova will challenge Dominican Wrestling Entertainment Heavyweight Champion and current I.W.A.-Puerto Rico World Champion Joe Bravo for the D.W.E. Title on July 25 in the Republic of Dominicana. Kahagas along with Casanova will also compete on Sunday the 26, opponent to be named.
CCW Women's Champion Jessika Haze has really been taking things easy these days. Her new manager Rico Cassanova has been very effective in choosing the matches for his most recent client. When I entered the Coral
Springs Gymnasium, I immediately felt a good vibe as the floor
was set up in the arena configuration and looked first class.
The new pre show MC was a high energy talker, who though dressed
a lot better than the last MC, still needs to don a jacket and
tie when carousing through the audience. There was a buzz in the
crowd and the show began.
Last month at Summer Heat the team of Dustin Rhodes and Bruno Sassi ran like a well oiled machine as they defeated the tough duo of Dade County Collision. It was just following that match that the machine began to sputter. Instead of celebrating, Dustin became irritated that Bruno got the pin instead of him and the two argued quietly amongst themselves for several minutes before heading back to the locker room.
